Energy Specialist

Winegard Energy is a weatherization contractor that helps homeowners conserve energy by making their homes and businesses more energy efficient. We provide home improvement upgrades such as weather-stripping, attic insulation, LED lighting, water heaters, HVAC repair and replacement and much more. These upgrades are subsidized by the utility companies and are provided at no cost to the qualified homeowner.

We have immediate openings for Energy Specialists at our Fresno location.

Responsibilities
  • Market Energy Saving Programs using various marketing techniques such as; canvassing, cold calling, community events, etc.
  • Perform an assessment of home to identify what the home may qualify for.
  • Educate the homeowner on energy conservation and enroll customer into programs they qualify for.
Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in Energy Saving Programs (Preferred)
  • 1 year sales experience
  • Excellent customer skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass background screen
  • Must be self-motivated
Compensation
  • Energy Specialists are paid on a straight commission basis but can earn $60,000 to $110,000.
