Quality Engineer - Experienced Quality Engineer with an emphasis in aerospace manufacturing. This is a full-time day-shift position.

Responsibilities:
- Identify new and unique quality processes or inspection techniques and prepare inspection and test instructions for the inspections.
- Interpret blueprint and technical specifications.
- Review Job Travelers and or work instructions to assure flow down of quality requirements.
- Analyze areas of quality cost and implement root-cause corrective action for overall reduction in quality cost.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of statistical process control techniques.
- The applicant must possess good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work with others in a team environment, and be highly self-motivated. Applicant should have a forward-thinking mindset, thrive on challenge, and be able to think "outside the box". Strong work ethic is a must.
Requirements:
- A technical degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Quality) or 5 years experience as a Quality Engineer
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer is a plus
- Proficient in 3D CAD Software: NX and CATIA
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and MSWord with efficient keyboarding skills
- Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen
- Experience in aerospace industry is a plus
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Applicant must be knowledgeable and experienced in manufacturing processes
