Insurance Account Manager

$50,000 - $60,000 at plan yearly

• Conduct personalized outreach to potential clients through warm calls, leveraging existing relationships, referrals, and mutual connections to establish connections and foster business opportunities
• Assist clients in processing quotes, issuing renewals, and updating current policies by providing expert consultation and guidance
• Maintain regular communication with key industry representatives to stay informed about industry standards, insurance products, rates, coverages, policies, and carriers to facilitate effective support for clients and the service team
• Provide comprehensive answers to clients' inquiries regarding policy details, billing questions, coverage explanations, and rate adjustments to ensure their complete understanding

• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a mandatory requirement for this role
• Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and excellent follow-up skills are crucial for success in this position
• Preferred qualifications include holding at least an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree, although candidates with relevant insurance industry experience will also be considered
• While previous insurance industry experience is advantageous, it is not a compulsory requirement as suitable candidates will receive comprehensive training
