Responsibilities
  • Oversee, train, coach, and mentor a team of Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals in a correctional healthcare environment
  • On-site program supervisor providing overall program direction ensuring compliance with HRS licensure standards
  • Provide crisis management counseling, and/or short-term therapy to patients as appropriate to the position
  • Prepare treatment and follow-up care programs, including providing therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services as required
  • Initiate an interdisciplinary treatment plan and participates in the ongoing treatment planning process
  • Lead the review of clinical issues and program policies and procedures
  • Consult and direct behavioral health practitioners and related staff, as appropriate in the performance of therapeutic and/or casework

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Current state Mental Health Professional license
  • Must be located in close proximity to Fort Myers, Florida
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screen
