• Conduct individual therapy sessions via our telehealth platform, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Assess client situations through comprehensive intake evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans that promote client growth and well-being.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and the highest professional integrity.
• Engage in collaborative consultation with other mental health professionals when needed, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and share knowledge for enhanced therapeutic effectiveness.

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals struggling with anxiety and depression to those facing more complex mental health conditions. Our clients seek flexible care options that remote therapy provides, as it allows easier access to services without geographical limitations. You will play a crucial role in their journey towards mental wellness by offering tailored support and navigating their unique challenges.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Possess active state licensure as a mental health therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD).

• Previous experience providing individual therapy, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and comfort utilizing technology to facilitate sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for building rapport with clients and effectively conveying therapeutic concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team-based approach.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually.
