• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for discussion.
• Design personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Regularly assess and monitor clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions and progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and company policies, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care that may include referrals and the integration of various therapeutic modalities.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions, ensuring all services meet the legal requirements and professional guidelines for mental health care.

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in creating a trusting relationship with clients, emphasizing a strengths-based perspective that empowers them to navigate their challenges effectively.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is essential, with options including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual therapy, with a proven ability to manage a caseload effectively in a telehealth setting.
• Proficiency in technology, with experience using remote therapy platforms or similar systems to engage clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate productive client interactions and enhance therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly with a team of mental health professionals.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
