Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via a secure online platform, actively creating safe and supportive spaces for clients to explore their concerns.
• Assess client needs through detailed evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that focus on their unique therapeutic goals.
• Track and monitor client progress continuously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure clients receive the most effective care.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to establish a holistic approach to client care.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health and teletherapy to enhance the skills and methodologies utilized in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with a diverse range of individuals, including adolescents and adults encountering issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will use therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, taking into account their cultural background and personal experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Strong proficiency in using technology to conduct remote therapy sessions effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Capacity to function independently while also participating as an engaged member of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing individual therapy in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and online therapeutic tools.
• Documented success in developing and implementing effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
