This position offers a remote working arrangement, allowing flexibility to engage with clients in a comfortable and supportive environment. Our team operates during regular work hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured schedule to promote work-life balance. As a telehealth provider, you will have access to digital platforms that facilitate effective communication and service delivery, ensuring that our seniors receive the highest standard of care from the safety of their homes.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify their unique emotional and psychological care needs.
• Deliver personalized individual and group counseling sessions tailored to address the emotional hurdles related to aging, grief, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and social workers, to formulate comprehensive care plans specifically for geriatric clients.
• Educate and support family members and staff on strategies to improve emotional well-being, equipping them with knowledge to better assist elderly individuals.
• Facilitate grief counseling sessions for residents and their families to navigate the complexities of end-of-life issues compassionately and effectively.
• Implement cognitive stimulation programs and evidence-based mental health interventions to promote mental acuity and cognitive function among the elderly.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Holistic Health Counseling, PLLC offers an annual salary range of $65,000 to $95,000, which may include additional incentives for exceptional performance.
