• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, identifying their mental health needs and concerns to create personalized treatment plans.

Your role will focus on assisting clients dealing with various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. • A current and valid license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields related to Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• The ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward individuals facing mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management capabilities to efficiently manage caseloads and complete administrative requirements.

• A minimum of two years of direct mental health counseling experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to impact clients positively.
