• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices to foster personal growth and resilience.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with each client and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
• Offer teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may face geographical, financial, or physical barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy.
• Maintain comprehensive and ethical documentation of treatment processes and client communications adhering to organizational policies and state regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest trends in mental health care and therapeutic practices.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. By employing a client-centered approach, you will help facilitate healing processes, support personal resilience, and promote overall well-being in the lives of those you serve.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as either LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Must demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude while interacting with diverse client populations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills are vital for managing caseloads efficiently.

• Prior experience in individual or group therapy is preferred, ideally in a clinical setting focused on trauma-informed care.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy tools will give you an edge.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial for efficient documentation and treatment planning.
