As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled RV Service Technician to join our dedicated team. 

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time Vehicle Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in constructing, installing, and testing components and equipment in our custom vans. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a passion for craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and install conversion components, including solar panels, battery systems, and interior fixtures.

Conduct testing and quality assurance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Fabricate components from raw materials.

Upholster and install interior panels and furnishings.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Proficiency in general construction practices.

Experience with hand and power tools.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions.

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Skills and Knowledge Desired:

Mechanical or electrical experience preferred.

Familiarity with woodworking tools and materials.

Understanding of material properties and structural integrity.

Proficient in power tool operation.

Quick learner with effective communication skills.

Mechanical Duties:

Install and maintain mechanical components.

Perform modifications and installations on vehicle exteriors.

Ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.

Electrical Duties:

Construct and install wiring systems.

Diagnose and repair electrical issues.

Install and maintain electrical components.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranging from $18 to $30, commensurate with experience

Work Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM
