You will also be responsible for accurately documenting information, updating customer records, and escalating unresolved issues as necessary. Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and providing exceptional customer service
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers with their questions and concerns
Accurately document all customer interactions and update customer records in the database
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further resolution
Provide customers with product and service information, including pricing, availability, and promotions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
