Warehouse Distribution Center Manager (DIRECT HIRE)

Automotive Parts Manufacturer is seeking an experienced Warehouse Distribution Center Hands-On Leader

• Direct Hire
• Compensation: 80k-95k/yr, Full Benefit package (Major Medical, PTO, Holiday Pay and 401k plus match)
• Expect to work M-F 7am-5:30-6pm with occasional Saturdays.

• Experience shipping to BIG BOX National Retailers and understand their receiving requirements.
• Led a 50-75 person Warehouse Distribution Center team.
• Managed a warehouse Distribution operation with 2k+ skus.
• Stood up and managed a picking team.
• Strong Inventory management experience including cycle counts and Inventory control.
• Scaled a Distribution Center Operation to support rapid growth.

What Will I OWN?

• Manage, control, and monitor processes, workflows, inventory controls, picking and packaging line operations.
• Hire, train, manage staff engaged in all warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, picking, packaging, inventory control & returns
• Align transportation rates for orders and quality control of how orders are shipped out.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and communicate regularly with management.
• Engage on cost analysis or Warehouse Operations

Requirements:

• 3 years of successful Warehouse Management experience dealing with 1k plus skus
• Bachelors Degree Preferred or 7 Years or Warehouse Management experience.
• Clean background and Drug Free
• Miliary Experience a plus.
