Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

​Qualifications:

• Sales experience in a quota driven role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Ability to efficiently work in a team environment.
• Competitive nature, entrepreneurial spirit and independent starter with a strong work ethic and resilience handling rejection.
• Must maintain a high level of integrity, sense of urgency and personal motivation.
• MS Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Experience working with a CRM.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
