Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and efficient towing services to both commercial and residential customers in Lincoln and the surrounding areas
Respond to emergency situations and accidents to safely remove vehicles from the scene
Operate and maintain tow trucks and equipment in a safe and responsible manner
Ensure proper securing and towing of various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, and oversized vehicles
Coordinate and communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to ensure efficient service delivery

Qualifications:

A clean driving record and must be at least 25 years old
No experience necessary as we have an amazing training program
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours - scheduling is negotiable
Accountable, honest, and a go-getter attitude
