Director of Marketing - Commercial & Residential Roofing, Siding

The Roof Depot and its subsidiaries is looking for an creative and energetic professional with multi-brand service experience to fill our Marketing Director position. The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization. This responsibility involves conducting competitor research and demand for the organization’s services and products. Then assessing and creating the company’s marketing plan and marketing strategy, and coordinating and directing marketing efforts.

This dynamic position needs a professional with analytical and creative thinking, excellent leadership and organizing skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach with aptitude.

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains supervisory and management staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees and in accordance with company policy.

• Directs and implements the organizations advertising and promotional activities.
• Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
• Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products.
• Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
• Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.
• Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
• Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the departments operating budget.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
