Established in 2016, the YLA brand continues to grow their customer base through social media and influencer-based marketing. Annual sales continue to exceed projections with continuous YOY growth. YLA is looking for additional talented individuals to join this incredible journey!

We are seeking a talented Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing designs that engage our target audience and drive business results. From storytelling graphics to digital advertisements, the Marketing Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in maintaining brand consistency and enhancing our marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging story graphics, ad graphics, marketing materials, email design, digital ads, and print collateral that resonate with our target audience and drive results.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet our standards of excellence.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continually improve our design processes and output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus.

• Strong understanding of design principles.
• Ability to generate creative ideas.
• Ability to think strategically about design.
• Experience and expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience and expertise in multiple marketing design specialties (i.e., email design, digital ad design, and web design).
• Understanding of marketing channels, how they interact, and the creative needs of each channel.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs and the design elements that impact them.
• Strategic thinking about target audiences, industry trends, and customer behavior.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
