Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Greensboro, NC – some overnight travel

Client Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you would be responsible for oversight, implementation, and management of our company’s projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and team-building experience.

Responsibilities:

•Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to
clarify project specifications.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with external vendors and subcontractors to achieve
profitable agreements.

• Resource Management: Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, materials) from
start to finish, considering budget constraints.
• Construction Planning: Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to
project deadlines.
• Project Meetings: Attend Project meetings to stay informed and contribute to project progress.
• Review and Adapt: Continuously review project status and adapt as needed to ensure
successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with the estimating team during project turnover from proposal to execution
• Provide budget updates for monthly billing

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in production and/or project management
• Knowledge of estimating software
• AAMP and/or ICRI certifications are a plus
• Basic understanding of contract and Insurance language
• OSHA 30 certifications
