Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of various cases and ensuring the successful completion of projects. The Project Manager’s success is dependent on establishing collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders who will contribute to each project’s success. These stakeholders include lawyers and IT professionals at law firm clients, vendors and business partners involved in project delivery, and colleagues around the US who comprise a virtual project team. The successful candidate is motivated to succeed and has a passion to excel. The candidate must be comfortable working remotely for a preeminent organization serving a wide range of international clients. We expect our team members to pursue operational excellence and to consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.  The Project Manager will have visibility and collaborate regularly across multiple levels with colleagues in Operations and Executive ranks. This position reports directly to the Senior Project Manager.

Independently manage multiple assigned cases, often simultaneously:

  • Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and traditional and social media campaigns
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timely status reports to clients and executive management, upcoming deadlines, status of delegated tasks, achievement of milestones, and more
  • Manage the client relationship by communicating effectively, setting reasonable expectations, and meeting all necessary deadlines
  • Leads claimant communication and claim review processes
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal colleagues and vendors and business partners in the flawless execution of projects
  • Demonstrate a full and deep understanding of each case by reviewing litigation plans and notice & administration plans
  • Participate in and coordinate with others to process, deduplicate, normalize, optimize, and analyze large amounts of data, and prepare and distribute reports
  • Establish and execute adjudication policies and procedures to ensure proper payment of claims and placement in appropriate program
  • Identify and resolve problems resulting from claims adjudication.
  • Oversee the preparation of client invoices, reviewing each to ensure compliance with project budgets
  • Ensure the protection of claimant personal identifiable information and other confidential information in compliance with US standards
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness to clients and positively represent the organization
  • Continually work toward strengthening industry knowledge and all relevant applications
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with all colleagues
  • Adhere to all business processes while performing tasks
  • Able to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management
  • Follow all company rules, policies and practices as contained in the Employee Handbook or as outlined by the company’s CEO/senior management;

Qualifications

The essential qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:

Education and Experience: 

  • 3+ years of class action experience is highly desirable.  Project management experience is required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

  • Financial, insurance, or legal industry experience
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Basic understanding of web development
  • Strong ability to analyze, model, and interpret data
  • Demonstrated track record of accomplishments
  • Exhibit an organized approach and superior attention to details
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Demonstrate a high degree of productivity while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Traveling
