LPN Supervisor

Signing bonus offered
$44 - $50/hr based upon experience and shift differential

Qualifications -

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
• MA LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
• CPR Certification
• One year + of nursing supervisory experience.

Job Summary -

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the nursing unit activities.
• Maintain accepted nursing standards and practices, and assists in developing and maintaining nursing service objectives.
• Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.
• Set Resident Assessment protocols and interdisciplinary care plans.
• Evaluate and assess residents on admission and initiate interim care plan.
• Support in evaluating ancillary personnel.
• Communicate policies/procedures to ancillary staff, residents, families and visitors.
