Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor (Night Shift) your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the manufacturing of food products at our production facility. You will closely monitor daily production output to ensure that quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong collaboration with a diverse production team working across various shifts. You will set goals, provide motivation, and assist employees in efficiently completing their tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the production team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate and oversee production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor production output and identify opportunities for improvement in productivity and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing team members' contributions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to address production-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Train and develop production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Maintain accurate production records, including production reports and other necessary documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a food manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse production team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a requirement to effectively communicate with team members.

Pay Range: $80,000-$105,000 (This role is for a night shift role)
Hired employees may be eligible for commissions and/or bonus payments
