Job description

RJ’s Meats in Hudson, WI is looking for more meat counter clerks to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

  • No experience required- we will train
  • Receive a 10% discount
  • Part-Time available (~20 hours/week)
  • Flexible shift length during the week
  • Afternoon to evening shifts start at 4pm (done by 7-7:30pm every night)
  • Must be available Saturdays
  • Closed ALL major holidays!

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and make them feel at home
  • Answer any questions the customers may have
  • Assist Customers in preparing their orders
  • Slice deli meats
  • Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
  • Assist Butchers to keep displays full
  • Work with the rest of team to ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed every night
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications


  • Food service experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to quickly problem solve concerns customers may have
