Compounding Colorist

MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A COLORIST.

Connect Staffing is seeking a skilledCompound Colorist for a company that manufactures vinyl wraps for cars, buildings, malls and restaurants in the city of Placentia, CA.

Schedule: 2:00pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday and weekend availability.

Requirements of a Compound Colorist:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a colorist.
• Must pass a back ground and drug screen
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be able to do basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Prior experience in roles such as Chromatic Alchemist, Hue Harmonizer, Pigment Fusionist, Tonal Maestro and or Color Blend Artisan is a huge plus!

Responsibilities of a Compound Colorist:

• Color match production colors to set standards.
• Ability to follow written Quality system procedure and work instructions that apply to the Job Requirement.
• Communicate to Compounding team when color is out of specification.
• Modify and update color standards with new tolerances.
• Qualifying Predispersions
• Help support Compounding when color match is not available.
