PAY & PERKS

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience in the industry. You can get great benefits such as 401(k) eligibility after just one year, company uniforms, and access to top-notch kitchenware. Your expertise and guidance will be essential in training and developing our culinary team, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills necessary to excel in all areas of the kitchen. From prep stations to the hot line, you will work alongside our dedicated team in every aspect of our operations, leading by example and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Your ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks will contribute to the smooth flow of our kitchen, guaranteeing that each dish is prepared and presented with the utmost precision and care.

• 4-6 years of management experience

• Proficiency in all areas of the kitchen
• Proficiency in both traditional and contemporary Italian cooking
