Who We are Looking for:

American Crafts is a looking for a results oriented and career minded person with the skills and experience to excel as Production Night Shift Supervisor in our food packaging facility. The ideal candidate will be hard working, reliable, and experienced with production processes and team leadership.
 
Job Duties:

• Supervise, manage, and support multiple Production Line Leads as they manage their respective production lines.
• Help Production Line Leads supervise and manage production workers.
• Work with Production Line Leads to evaluate work orders and set up their production lines accordingly. 
• Ensure all production quotas and quality standards are met on each production line during the shift.
• Manage all labor resources to ensure maximum productivity.
• Participate in production tasks if needed.
• Optimize overall shift efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality on all production lines.
• Help resolve production line problems quickly and efficiently.
• Manage and resolve escalations efficiently and effectively.
• Perform recordkeeping tasks, including materials management and results tracking. 
• Help train new production line workers. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure work orders are completed correctly and on time. 
• Ensure all Production Line Leads maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 
• Create and maintain a culture of safety and wisdom.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working in a production environment.
• English and Spanish language skills are required.
• Food production experience is a big plus.
• Experience supervising many production workers.
• Proven reliability and team-oriented work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Use hands on a keyboard, sit for long periods of time, lift, reach, and climb stairs.  Stand/walk for the duration of the shift.   Lift/carry/maneuver up to 50 pounds.

Experience:

• The ideal candidate has 3+years of relevant experience
