Accounts Administrator

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to vendors, maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts, processing bank deposits with monthly reconciliation. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping activities. Requirements: Good organizational and time-management abilities; Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures with solid data entry skills and ability to identify numerical errors; Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets); Hands-on experience with accounting software, MAS90 experience a plus
