Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This will be a hybrid position, you can work from home on days when you are setting up appointments, the rest of the time is on the road closing your sales. No cold calling necessary. We will provide a mileage and technology stipend for use your own vehicle and electronics. Must maintain drivers license and insurance.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound leads, from phone calls, emails and lead forms
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or speciality contracting sales
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Hubspot Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
