  • Communicate with sales team and management to find out clients' needs<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide the right solutions and cash management services to the clients<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare marketing materials and proposals<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Obtain updates from the sales team regarding the clients and the services\/products<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare agreements and paperwork for clients and follow up with them if necessary<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Track on\-going projects and pending items<\/span>

  • Perform client E\-Moneyger demonstrations<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work with the product team on how to implement the new products<\/span>

  • Maintain compliance to the bank procedures and policies<\/span>

  • Perform other related tasks as requested

    Requirements<\/h3>\n

    • 5 years experience in customer services\/sales areas<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Experience in banking\/financial sectors preferred<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of cash management services and products (E\-Moneyger, Remote Deposit, and ACH Systems and general banking services and operations)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Excellent customer services skills<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Ability to work under pressure<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Cash management or treasury services experience as well as corporate sales in the cash management industry preferred<\/span><\/span>
