Ihre Aufgaben

Als Leiter Vertrieb (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für den Vertrieb unserer
Dienstleistungen und Services. Sie sind die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Vertriebsteam
und unseren Kunden und tragen maßgeblich zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

  • Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer strategischen Vertriebsplanung
  • Die Führung und Motivation des Vertriebsteams
  • Die Akquisition von Neukunden und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Die Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen
  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb in der Dichtungsindustrie und Managed Services
  • Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an Selbstdisziplin, Zielorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
