We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the entire Accounts Receivable function. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize our financial processes while contributing to the strategic direction of our organization.
This will be an 'in office' role that will be located in the Robinson Township area.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or a large corporate environment
• Strong understanding of AR principles, billing processes, and collections strategies
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting tools, and ERP systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities /Accounts Receivable Oversight:
- Manage the Accounts Receivable function for our Commercial Properties Portfolio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Oversee invoicing, credit management, and collection efforts across multiple properties.
- Implement best practices to streamline AR processes and enhance cash flow management.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of AR data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate regular reports to track AR performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile AR records and maintain financial accuracy.
Process Optimization and Compliance:
• Continuously review and enhance AR processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Work on collections / past due accounts
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any AR-related issues or concerns.
Performance Monitoring and Strategy:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess AR performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making related to revenue optimization and risk management.
• Contribute to the development of long-term financial strategies to support the organization's growth objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of AR professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Promote collaboration and teamwork across departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Salary will be flexible and commensurate with experience.
