Field Service Technician - Manufacturing

Field Service Technician– Opportunity with Growing Manufacturer!

We have an immediate Field Service Technician with a well-established, growing manufacturer that encompasses a great company culture. Salary is 80 to 100k+ based on experience level and overall skillset. This is a remote position with a 50 to 75% travel schedule.

Candidates can live outside the Colorado area need to reside in a "western" state.

The Field Service Technician interacts with the customer to ensure that products provided are fully operational. They listen and respond to the customer's concerns and diagnose and solve problems with equipment. Their goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Education and experience.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service within the Passenger Rail &/or Bus sectors or heavy industrial machinery.

· Good knowledge of relevant technologies such as pneumatic and electrical parts.

· Ability to take initiative to accomplish tasks.

· Comfortable working on retrofit and installation of new equipment.

· Ability to work well under pressure in difficult circumstances.

· Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to treat customers with tact and respect.

· Must have a updated passport or in the process of applying for one
