The Courtyard by Marriott Waterbury Downtown, managed by Moody National Management LP is currently looking for a Banquet Houseman to join our team.

Summary

The Banquet Houseman is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all banquet areas.

Essential Functions

Ability to read BEO and complete a set up.

Set up tables in assigned areas correctly and uniformly.

Assist the Captain or F & B Director with set-up and breaking down of all Banquet event equipment.

Maintain cleanliness in all banquet areas as well as inspect areas for any maintenance issues.

Complete monthly inventory of all banquet linens, tables, and other equipment.

Complete other banquet duties as instructed by management.
