Job Description

Key Personnel is seeking candidates for a Facilities Engineer opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role will manage infrastructure changes for all new equipment and process moves involved in new program launches at the Tulsa, Oklahoma plant. This will include structural changes to building, floor prep, aisle painting, electrical supply, air supply, data drops, etc.

Facilities Engineer Pay Rate: $61.11/hr.

12 month contract assignment

Facilities Engineer Responsibilities:

Follow process change approval, installation readiness and PVP &R processes
Develop and manage plans use Excel (Master Dot) or equivalent timeline tools and communication status
Provide project/construction management oversight of constructions, renovation and modernization projects for the facility
Gather project data to develop SOW
Work with purchasing as technical expert throughout bid solicitation process
Develop project implementation schedule
Perform construction management and contractor oversight support
Prepare project closeout records
Utilize project management skills to meet project budget, schedule and to mitigate risks.
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders

Facilities Engineer Desired Skills:

Budget and schedule management experience
Ability to work in a dynamic / collaborative environment
Experience & comfort presenting complex topics to leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Software Suite
Microsoft Project experience
AutoCAD or other drafting program experience
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical writing and communication skills
Experience in automotive or similar industry

Facilities Engineer Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience or at least 7 years of equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principal and concepts.
