Techneaux is currently looking for a qualified Office Administrator for our Industrial Control Systems (ICS) division based in Denver, CO.

The Office Administrator will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Administrator is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
  • Point person for mailing, shipping/receiving supplies. Equipment . bills etc
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
  • Other Duties are they are assigned


Customer Invoicing Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and process invoices to customers.
  • Support customer onboarding, master service agreement execution and compliance, invoicing, and collections.
  • Continue to develop and refine the company's customer invoicing processes.


Procurement and Inventory Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels and supply stocking strategies to ensure that all field operations are supported with needed supplies.
  • Administer procurement agreements and change orders as necessary.
  • Support vendor onboarding, product catalogue maintenance, purchase orders, delivery tracking, and other sourcing administrative duties.
  • Assist in creating detailed purchase plans for material requirement planning, multi-source vendor qualification, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in process improvements and tool development towards efficiency gains in planning, inventory management, and fulfillment.
  • Lead regular product counts for inventory level maintenance and reporting to Accounting Department
  • Continue to develop and refine the company's procurement processes.


What you will need to be successful in this role:
  • Be located in Denver, CO.
  • Some experience and familiarity with common automation and electrical products.
  • Some experience in a similar industry role for a mid-sized company.
  • Full understanding of procurement, inventory maintenance, and customer invoicing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and supervision.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.


Salary Description

$47,000.00 - $51,000.00
