Job Description
Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leading manufacturer of commercial heating and air conditioning systems, has an opening for a Materials Intern at our corporate office in Bryan, OH.

Scope and Responsibilities:

The Materials intern will support the functions performed by the Materials staff.

Duties include assisting the Materials team with the following:

Data clean up and data validation in ERP system
Raw material receipt entry
Inventory Adjustments entry
Scanning
Literature Room assistance (bagging/boxing manuals)
Combine digital distribution PDFs into single documents
Check order acknowledgements
Check supplier binders for missing profiles
Request updated supplier profiles (non-standard and standard suppliers)
Request updated CMRT's (from publicly held companies)
Packaging Weight (Lbs) Project data entry
All other duties as directed

Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college with at least 1 year completed, pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Motivation to complete an assigned task with minimal supervision.
