North Point Builders (NPB) is looking for an experienced construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, daily management, and execution of ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects through effective cost management, scheduling, and contract administration functions. In this role, you'll lead a team of dedicated construction professionals with the goal of delighting our clients by ensuring their projects are completed safely, on time and on budget.

You will be a great fit for NPB if you have at least five (5) years of experience managing public and private general construction projects, ranging in budget from $500K to $40M. You should have skills in construction phasing, job costing, change order management, MS Office, MS Project, and Timberline/Sage PM. We also want to meet you if you have strong leadership skills and prior experience supervising a team. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
