Job description

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $120,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
  • Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field teams
  • Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Track project costs, forecasts, and overall profitability
  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
  • Build strong client relationships and provide regular project updates

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Strong knowledge of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and project sequencing

  • Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
  • OSHA 30, PMP, LEED, or other industry certifications are a plus
