Your New Role
  • Manage 3 to 7 commercial construction projects at a time, depending on size and complexity, based in Alvarado, TX

  • Oversee projects ranging from $100,000 to $5 million from pre-construction through closeout

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes

  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants

  • Handle project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

  • Monitor project progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations

  • Conduct site visits to review timelines, standards, and safety practices

  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates

  • Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, inspections, as-builts, and warranties
