Job description

US Construction Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Mullica Hill, NJ team. This individual will oversee the full life cycle of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with both field teams and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all phases of retail construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

* Coordinate and communicate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and clients.

* Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.

* Prepare regular project reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in retail or commercial construction.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency with project management software, preferably Procore.

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
