Planner

As a Planner at Pacific Rubber, you will be part of the Production team dedicated to coordinating and expediting the workflow and materials within or between department according to a production schedule. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clear communication, attention to detail, and a customer service centric focus. This role reports to the Production Manager located in San Carlos, CA

The Planner will have a good understanding of our internal process to determine progress work and completion dates, inventory levels and production problems.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain production schedules and release work orders to various departments

• Review documents, such as production schedules and work orders to determine material priorities and requirements

• Requisition of bill of materials, technical drawings and supplies necessary to meet production demands

• Point of contact for 3rd party vendors

• Communicate cross functionally with leads to assess progress to drive On-Time Delivery

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing information and evaluate best solution to solve production problems

Required Qualifications:

• MS Office suit/Google Workplace

• Strong Oral and Written Comprehension

• Proficient in Time and Process Management

• Basic math comprehension

• Detail oriented

Experience and Education

0-3 years of work-related or equivalent experience; High School Diploma (GED/or High School Equivalent)

Payrate: $28 - $38 hourly

Schedule: Onsite- Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a 30 minute without pay meal break
