We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Telemarketer / Business Development Representative. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone who is considering a career in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, marketing, or a related field. You will be responsible for generating new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers and responding to incoming leads and referrals. The base salary for the entry-level position is $40,000 Per year plus commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with potential clients to build a customer base.
- Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources
- Actively listen to the client to obtain their information to assist in providing an accurate insurance quote.
- Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Create and Schedule appointments for Sr Sales Representatives
- Maintains phone time and sales quotas as determined by management.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License and insurance experience is a BONUS. Sponsorship to obtain property and casualty license available for individuals who excel.
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in sales or related industries. Marketing, cold calling, telephone sales.
- Knowledge of Basic computer software
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
