Advanced Digital Advertising Specialist

Full Circle Music (a multi GRAMMY® winning music company) is looking for an advanced digital advertising specialist.

We regularly work with A-List Christian artists such as Casting Crowns, Skillet, For King & Country, Francesca Battistelli, Rebecca St. James, and Chris Tomlin.

We have a start-up atmosphere. You would specifically be working with our Academy team, which currently has 4 other employees (and growing!). Between our entire company, (publishing, production, and songwriting), we have 6 other team members. We have a small team atmosphere and everyone's input is valued. No one is just "told what to do." We strategize and execute as a team.

This is an in-office position, and you would work with our team at our offices at the legendary Sound Kitchen studios in Franklin, TN.

As a company, we have already been running some very successful ads for our digital courses, live events, and other programs. We are looking for a full time digital advertiser to join this team to scale our efforts.

This is NOT an entry level position.

This position will only work for someone with significant experience in digital advertising. You must have worked in digital advertising for 2 years prior at a minimum, and across different platforms, you must have been responsible for at least $200,000 in ad spend. It is critical that you have a strong grasp of marketing concepts, sales funnels, and direct response copywriting.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work/professional experience
-Google Ads Certified (or ability to very easily pass the exam)
-Must have spent no less than $200,000 across various advertising channels
-Deep knowledge of all major digital advertising channels (Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube pre-roll ads, Google Display Ads, and Google Search Ads)
-2+ years of professional digital advertising experience in a team environment
-Proven track record of self-study in digital advertising practices
-Deep knowledge of marketing sales funnels and digital marketing strategy as a whole
-Must have experience in “direct response marketing” rather than only experience in “branding/awareness” marketing
-Must be highly organized and able to make decisions and prioritize without constant help from sr. management
