JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service Representative ***Direct Hire Opportunity***
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
1st Shift
Location: Secaucus, NJ 07094

SUMMARY:
Represent Logistics company in a professional manner to our customers, vendors and general public completing and coordinating all office functions in regard to customer service, daily workflow and quality of work with the warehouse operations department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Main point of contact for multiple clients.
Input customer orders into Database or Warehouse Management System.
Create files and maintain all files in an accurate manner.
Complete container load plans throughout the day, notifying customers of all discrepancies.
Review all business with Customer Service Lead or Assistant Business Unit Manager.
Assist CSRs and Dispatcher in their duties when needed.
Immediately inform Customer Service Lead or Assistant Business Unit Manager of any issue that cannot be resolve by the Customer Service Representative.
Update the daily workload planner with inbound appointments, railcars, and outbound loads.
Create and receive storage and shipping paperwork for inventory accounts.
Maintain accurate inventory records using computer and physical inventory methods.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in liquor/wine distribution industry a plus
Ability to maintain multiple tasks in an organized manner
Must be able to communicate both written and verbally in English
Experience with use of MS Word & Excel
