St. Joseph's Academy is an all-girls Catholic high school in Baton Rouge, LA. Our mission is to educate young women as responsible and unifying members of the world community. In the spirit and charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph, St. Joseph's Academy offers opportunities for faith development in the Catholic tradition, academic excellence and personal growth.
St. Joseph's Academy seeks a math resource personnel tutor for all high school math classes during lunch and after school. The tutor would work with the math department to coordinate content-specific review sessions when needed. Tutor should be knowledgeable in all secondary math courses and communicate concept effectively to students. Time commitment is approximately 16 to 20 hours a week. A bachelor's degree is not required for this position, but candidates must be over 21 years of age.
