Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments pertaining to Neurology and Interventional Pain Management to keep the medical facility running smoothly. This will be for our Saint Augustine office and Palm Coast office (Wednesdays in Palm Coast).

Responsibilities:

Handle all clinical and administrative duties in a timely manner
Perform routine clinical assisting tasks to support the physician
Escort patients to exam rooms and procedure room
Prepare the medical assistant's portion of the Progress Notes
Assist in the procedure room when needed
Answer clinical phone calls from patients

Qualifications:

Previous experience in medical assisting or other related fields
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education:

Any of the following certifications: Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, National Certified Medical Assistant or similar; *or* Certified Nursing Assistant
