Administrative Accounting Compensation

• The pay for this position is $20-$24/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Administrative Accounting Responsibilities

• Reviews general ledger and transaction journals to ensure their accuracy and takes necessary action to correct any errors
• Prepares monthly financial statements
• Compile various journal entries monthly in an accurate and timely manner
• Assist with third party and financial audits
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on accounting issues

Administrative Accounting Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• 1+ years of prior accounting/finance experience

Administrative Accounting Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting finance or related field
