Cashiering Specialist

As a Cashiering Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team responsible for supporting our network of advisors in all things related to cashiering requests. As a member of the Service, Trading, & Operations team, the Cashiering Specialist will work with advisors and internal team members to move client funds at our custodian partners as well as on our portfolio management systems.

We are open to local St. Louis candidates offering a hybrid working schedule, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support and problem resolution to Advisors and internal teams as it pertains to money movement requests by check, ACH, wire, and journaling of assets
• Liaise with custodian partners and Advisors to successfully process distributions and contributions on the platform
• Collaborate with trading teams to ensure account funding and portfolio management align
• Superior, friendly and knowledgeable daily telephone conversations and e-mail exchanges with financial advisors
• Be highly organized and have strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver excellent results
• Manage multiple priorities in order to meet service level standards
• Remain current on trends and policy changes required by custodians due to regulatory changes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years working in financial services or client services preferred. Experience working with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing a plus.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment while executing service level standards
• Desire to take ownership and provide the best customer service in the industry
• Energetic self-starter with an extremely positive, “can-do” attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive with the ability to think ahead and act independently
• Must work well in a team environment, supporting others and filling in as necessary
