Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking an IR R& D Specialist based in Dallas, TX. The role involves managing IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities:
• Manage IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient integration of systems and applications.
• Provide functional and technical support/orientation for key applications, including Veeva CRM, SalesForce Service Cloud, and Arisglobal's LSMI.
• Monitoring of maintenance and support activities.
• Be the primary IT contact for any task executed by external consultants.
• Support delivery when needed (L2 / L3 support), solution testing and UAT.
• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Functional and technical skills, including knowledge of different Customer Service tools like Veeva CRM and Medcomms, SalesForce Service Cloud, and Arisglobal's LSMI.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems effectively and in a timely manner.
• Understanding of communication systems such Automated Call Distribution (ACD), PBX(s), voice endpoints, VoIP architecture and VoIP encryption, Conversational IVR, Callback Assist/Virtual Queue.
• Experience or familiarity with the Medical Affairs area in a pharmaceutical company.
• Knowledge on Web environments, Chatbots.
