*******

We are looking for the next superstar to add to our team.

Fassio Law is not your typical criminal defense law firm. We do things the way they ought to be done—the experience starts with exceptional marketing and educational content which then gives way to best-in-class customer service and legal representation. People get here what they wouldn’t get anywhere else because we have a team of “A level” players.

We’re looking to add another superstar to our roster who can play two roles:

1. First and foremost, as someone who consistently engages with, and helps educate, our existing clients.

2. And second, as a "closer," with the ability to guide potential clients (who fit our client criteria) to understand the benefits that our firm offers so that they can make a solid hiring decision. Being charged with a crime is stressful, and hiring an attorney is also stressful. Helping good people through this process is crucial.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to know anything about the law. As long as you love to learn and love to help people, you’ll be perfect.

If you have any marketing and/or writing experience, that is a plus.

So, more about you. You must be a forever learner, and love to read. Trust us on this. Bonus points if you’re an early riser and make your bed every day. Because how you do one thing is how you do everything . . .

Your primary responsibility will be to recognize that people come to us at their worst. But the only place to go once you hit bottom is up. So, we want to empower them and offer different paths forward.

The soft skills are important in this job, but so are the technical job requirements. You must be a strong, clear writer. If you read a lot this ought not to be a problem. You must have a basic aptitude of Google and computer skills (or at the bare minimum, a strong desire to figure this aspect out). Basic email and computer skills are of course required.

************

As great as you are, if you possess any of the following 5 attributes, you won’t be successful here:

1. You miss deadlines or forget to follow up on things.

2. You’re not detail-oriented.

3. You cannot maintain eye contact or do not speak confidently and professionally (but still warm and casual).

4. You interrupt people and don't let them finish their thoughts.

5. You are self-centered, rude, or entitled.

************

Ok, now to some of the “nitty-gritty” details. This is a full-time job at our firm’s Oklahoma City office. This is not a remote working opportunity. You will be expected to be in the office from 9-5, Mon-Fri (we could accomodate a slightly different work schedule for the right person.)

Two more things before we hear from you. There are some “bonus attributes” that could really put you over the top. These aren’t required, but if you have them, then please tell us: You are interested in personal development/self-improvement, you meditate or have a daily routine that helps you crush life. You know how to write/create content, take and edit photographs, social media experience, know how to create and edit video, and/or have some experience with graphic design.

And lastly, if you think you’re the right candidate, introduce yourself and tell us the last book you read, your favorite book, and your favorite podcast.

We look forward to hearing from you!
