Job Description
•Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:
Previous project experience with the following state agencies and their systems:
•Recent experience within the Judicial Branch (Trial Courts or Judicial Council) with projects of a similar type.
•Experience with Chatbot, Live chat, Translator apps
•Experience in Google's Speech recognition, Machine Translation, DialogFlow, Text-to-Speech, AI/ML
•Subject domain knowledge/experience/expertise in Court processes
•Certified project manager (PMP) with agile/scrum training and certification
•Conceptual understanding of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platforms

Job Description
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple medium to large complex projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading product development team.
- Minimum of 2 years technical experience with state government IT projects.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a government agency and interfacing with other government agencies or entities.
- Program/Project Management-
- Equivalent to possession of a bachelor's degree, preferably with major course work in program/project management, business administration and/or product management
- Demonstrated experience in developing program/project approach, plans and schedules
- Experience working on multiple simultaneous IT programs/projects throughout the entire life cycle from idea, design, development, testing, documentation and deployment.
- Proven track record in delivery of on-time, on-budget projects with a high degree of user satisfaction and quality.
- Proven track record implementing varying principles and techniques of program/project management, including the ability to develop and track complex project plans, strategy, roadmap, manage risks, manage scope, and manage resources.
- Experience in managing project/program financials (budgeting, forecasting, tracking and reconciliation)
- Experienced with providing clear goals, responsibilities, and providing measurable performance and feedback.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to breakdown complex ideas into manageable pieces.
- Experienced with agile project/program management methodologies.
- Experience managing technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalations, status reporting and resource management.
- Technical
- Experience in leading web-based applications with the principles of full life cycle systems design, development, and deployment.
- Maintain prioritized backlog, release plan, define epics, write user stories, translate business needs to actionable requirements, and define acceptance criteria.
- Ability to convert business requirements into a technical design and implementation plan.
- Ability to lead the discussions with technical and non-technical staff.
- Data analysis skills to make data driven decisions.
- Collaboration
- Experienced at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various stakeholders like - business, engineering, architect, developer, data, legal, UI/UX, and other teams to deliver cutting-edge technologies.
- Proven track record of managing complex relationships among customers and stakeholders on projects which has significant executive oversight.
- Communication
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences, including creating and presenting executive summaries to steering committees, other executive level leadership and technical committees.
- Others
- Experienced with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
- Experience in Jira, Azure DevOps
