ICAM Architect

The ICAM Architect will perform various duties such as designing Use Cases for product delivery, product installation, configuration, customization and troubleshooting.

As an ICAM Architect you will work with the team to create connections for various systems to be able to interact with each other. Support both Windows builds and Linux containers implemented through Kubernetes. You will also be expected to support deployment automation and testing.

Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of core ICAM toolsets is required
PAM solutions such as Secret Server, Cyberark
LDAP directories such as Radiant Logic, PingDirectory, OpenLDAP
IGA solutions such as SailPoint, One Identity, OpenIAM
IdP solutions such as ADFS, PingFederate, Keycloak
ABAC solutions such as Axiomatics, NextLabs
• Design roles and groups using Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Support environments running both Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with container-based deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Create and manage Apache Tomcat and deploy applications in those instances
• Understanding how to create and support Virtual Machines
• Development of test plans using Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Interactions with Network Load Balancers (NLB) and Kubernetes Load Balancers.
• Scripting in multiple languages on both Linux and Windows
• Maintaining source code repository for all major and minor releases.
• Responsible for product deployments into Dev, Test and Production environments.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build and deploy process.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Ability to script in PowerShell (Windows), Shell (Linux), Python, Perl, etc.
• Work with Version Control Systems (e.g. GIT).
• In-depth understanding of the principles and best practices of Software Configuration Management (SCM) processes, which include compiling, packaging, deploying and application configurations.
• Proficient with Docker containers and container orchestration like Kubernetes
• Used Kubernetes to orchestrate the deployment, scaling and management of Docker Containers.
• Experience customizing JIRA projects with various schemas, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
• Experience in building and deploying custom containers and troubleshooting the build and deploy failures.
• Experience in maintaining and executing build scripts to automate development and production builds.
• Knowledge of databases like MySQL and MSSQL.
